Im actually expecting it to sell 2 million this year. 1.55m on x1 and 450k on x360

Ouch. Coming from the company that was dissapointed in the original reboot selling only 3.4 copies it's first month, who expected 6 million...that has to hurt.

That could be franchise ending bad.

life time i think it will sell around 3 million on x1 and 650k on 360. But yeah se will be disappointed but the series wont end.

I like this theory from a GAF user:

"If MS doesn't say anything about Halo 5's launch this week in a blog post (or whatever) then I would assume that they are saving it for their NPD message.

If they have to save it for their NPD message, then that would also make me assume that the PS4 won October since Halo stats would be an attempt to hide the Xbox One not being the #1 for October."
