Beyond: Two Souls.
Though I haven't finished Heavy Rain yet (could get better later on) and haven't played Until Dawn yet. I doubt anyone can beat Ellen's acting though.
Heavy Rain is one of my favourite games of all time.

Necroing because it's my first time logging on in awhile, but I'm glad you agree that it's one of my favourite games of all time :D
Tough call.
Fahrenheit was my first but it went full retard at the end.
Heavy Rain was great throughout despite some gaping plotholes.
Beyond was beautiful and addicting but the characters were often unlikeable.
Until Dawn was great throughout but seemed much more shallow than the others.
I'm just going to flip a coin and say Heavy Rain.
Nothing beats an old school detective/mystery thriller when it comes to interactive drama.
Heavy Rain and Fahrenheit have an advantage over the other two, they are better written and play more like a book.
Beyond Two Souls and Until Dawn are more "videogame-ish " and I can get that from many other titles.

Heavy Rain helped me introduce so many girls into video games that I can't express my gratitude enough.
Somebody should make a "Video Games and Child" post, so that people can talk about their experiences introducing non-gamer members of the opposite sex (or same sex, depending of your preference XD) into gaming and what titles are recommended.
Life is Strange is also a heavy hitter in this category.

Based on impact and lasting impression, personally Life is Strange is THE game in this category. Damn near made me cry three different times. I still think about it all the time and I bought all of the songs on the soundtrack.
