Haha yeah. I remember you were dressed up in one of your avatars, so that's why I made the comment. But seriously, that type of thing (if only for comedic purposes) helps people stand out. 

Also, for publishing straight to youtube, you can send it to youtube without everyone seeing it as long as you set the privacy to completely private. That way you can make any adjustments without people seeing it (unless you want to edit some before, which you could still do this way. It's just more difficult).

Hmm, the only problem then is that the ps4 would be uploading probably huge files right? What's the max recording length for upload on ps4? 15 minutes?

Sounds like I might need to get another capture card.

I believe that 15 minutes is indeed the max time. I know on Twitch you can just stream and then have it archive your broadcasts. Unsure if youtube has a save stream feature.

I'd suggest look at what others do and learn/improve from them. Are you just playing or going for some specific accomplishment? 100% run? No death?
Whatever it is, keep the viewer entertained! Either with sick editing or some kind of funny thing you say/do. I'll watch your episodes once I get home

I've noticed that some of the really popular streamers have a "character" that they play as. Some just have a voice, but some people are completely in their "persona", almost like they're a cartoon character. I don't know if I'm ready for that though, lol. It's a little off-putting to me personally...and kind of annoying.

But I could see myself playing from a persona type presence, just not a goofy annoying one.

@theprof. Yeah, I also think it's annoying. But it doesn't have to be goofy... or a persona. Maybe just a catchphrase or a running gag.

My advice? Get a beautiful young girl. Seriously, that's all it takes. Pretty+young=twitch/youtube win.
