It's funny how accurate Arkaign is about the NFC East. If Romo is out for more then 6 games their season is over and with the Giants not knowing how to win and the Eagles playing like literal garbage, the Redskins have a legit shot!

Yeah, it's not even like I want to be. Sorry about your Giants btw. Before offseason I could have sworn they would be on the upswing. At least Beckham got some good yards today.

But yeah :

Giants fans have obvious reasons to be leery : injuries galore, terrible coaching/4th quarter debacles, 0-2

Eagles fans have obvious reasons to be leery : key injuries now in LB, and atrocious offensive performance, along with letting Weeden shoot 7 for 7. WEEDEN.

Cowboys fans have obvious reasons to be leery : massive injuries to the two offensive leaders along with a host of others MIA already, Weeden driving. 2-0 will evaporate FAST with the schedule coming up.

Is it the Redskins division to lose now?

What have I wrought? Superbowl 2015 champions, WASHINGTON REDSKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know you are excited, but I really think that game says a lot more about the Rams than Washington.

Oy those games... 7-7 and burnin is guaranteed #1 with that jags pick I think.

Still this is why Football is such a big sport. Big injuries. big fails. and big scores.

I just hope Romo can some how come back earlier than that 8 week time table. Dez too.

As long as they don't rush things. Reinjury can be career-threatening if things go really badly.

It looks like the division is going to be a dumpster fire so far. So if we can go 3-3 or even 2-4 over the next 6, I'll be pretty happy. Our first 8 games are WAY WAY worse than our last 8. Lets say we go 2-4, that puts us at 4-4 midseason, then try to finish out 6-2 for 10-6, which I think wins the division.

Now 2-4 is no guarantee of course. And neither is the rest of the division remaining a total shambles. Wait and see I guess. Finishing strong and at least in the wildcard seat is my goal at this point. The next 6-8 weeks is all about survival.

On the plus side : Sean Lee and the defense are REALLY getting after it.

There's is something definitely wrong with the coaching when it comes to the 2nd half and the 4th quarter especially. Eli used to be a stud in the 4th quarter and at some point held the record for most 4th quarter comebacks! Now it's like the offense decideds to check out every second half forcing the defense to hold our lead. Even with Spags back our defense is far to weak from injuries and lack of talent to win our games. We need that offense to close out our games if we want a shot at winning!

Truly sorry about the major losses of Romo and Dez. Even though we are division rivals I've always had mad respect for the Cowboys especially Romo. He used to be Mr. Choke and now he's like a Mr. Clutch! Sucks to see him go out on a major injury possibly killing Dallas's season. Although with your OL and considering how bad everyone else is doing you guys might be fine!

           Survivor Millennial vs Gen X!!

^^ Class. Respect to the Gmen. I still think they'll rise a good bit when those guys start coming back from injury. Hard to hold a team together with a porous defense (just ask 8-8 years Romo).

2nd half of the year will be the real NFC East battle.

On this GB/SEA game, it's by now evident that the Graham trade was a catastrophic mistake for Seattle. Giving up Unger was pure idiocy. Graham is not Gronk. He's almost Harvin-levels of irrelevant, and while Wilson has his talents, he is not a pocket passer that can throw darts like Brees could. Brees made Graham look better than he is, and Graham is a terrible matchup for Wilson.

I knew the Eagles would suck. I let the hype in this thread about them get to me.

Now packers packing on injuries. What the hell. This weekend would be better off everyone losing and not playing. Besides the Redskins.
