Reggie is a marketing executive. Whoever manages Nintendo next will come (I hope) from within the development structures at Nintendo and its studios, as Iwata did. I don't think it'll be Miyamoto or Takeda, or they may stay as temporary joint-President while a younger figure is prepared for the job.

You seem to not know how katakana works. Correctly it would be レジフィザミー. Because that's how he is pronounced.
