They are trying to port them to the Xbox360.

i wouldnt be surprised. sony has changed. its not the same company i used to to like when they lauched the ps1 and ps2. the psp and ps3 are more multimedia than gaming

Development for the PS3 is difficult, long, and costly. A new SDK for the PS3 is supposed to come out this summer.

Of courste the PS3 is more multimedia than the other two but that is Sony...Sony is an multimedia company.

You know when PS One launched I hated Sony so much I was a Sega, nintendo lover but after some years

 I loved PS ONE. When PS2 launched I thought 'no to expensive I will not buy it, I will buy GC and

 oh MS will launch a console to? CoolI will buy it and after some time I bought PS2 to because it had great games.

I had some experience I know I just have to wait. Playstation always has been a console with

 a long life value

and many games.   In fact do someone have a release date of PS2 games in Japan? 

Almost everyday when I download some trailers I see many trailers of new JAPANESE PS2 games.

 Guess that will involve the sales in Japan to. 

I think this year Holiday season will be very critical for sony, if PS3 sales dont pick up and give Wii a 10 million lead by year end, Then it'll likely be over when developers jump ship to the wii.

in june MONSTER KINGDOM and NINJA GAIDEN SIGMA would be released followed by MINNA GOLF 5 in JULY.

sales of ps3 hardware would increase a lot in june and also july.

MINNA GOLF 5 would sell atleast 250 000 copies and sell 40 k ps3s in its launch week.

however , the chart reveals that ps3 has beaten x360 4:1 last week and as always x360 is at the bottom of the list.

ps3's good times are just about to begin in june with Lair,MK,NGS.

The amount of conjecture and hyperbole on these forums and this thread is hilarity x 10. Will the jump the gun fanboys at least wait until hot shots golf comes out before they predict "dire times" for the PS3.

@larry you are probably right I just want to say that Lair will be probably not so seller game in JAPAN.

I assume Monster Kingdom = Monster Hunter, the big selling franchise for the PSP that is having it's installment moved to the PS3, yes? Last I saw on IGN's release list, it wasn't coming until late in the year to Japan.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma is an unknown. There's no telling how it will do in Japan. Hot Shots Golf 5 comes in July, and that should do good, hopefully as good as Gundam Mosou. But Lair isn't coming out in June, it's been delayed. PS3's biggest hope is Hot Shots Golf right now for the summer.

And in June, the Trusty Bell bundle for the 360 will come out, and in all likelihood, the 360 will outsell the PS3 that week. 360 software still sells better in Japan than the PS3, which is disturbing.

I wouldn't say that those numbers are too the "T". I looked at Media-Creates and the software was a bit different to what was posted here. But it has mostly likely sold less than 10,000. Personally, Im impressed that the PS3 hasn't dropped below 100,000 a month for USA.
