With 8th generation graphics. Do you expect there to not be a chance in resource and asset quality in the 9th generaton?

Why are you assuming the PS5 will be more powerful? Also 30 FPS for COD, alot of people would be pissed about that.

I know you are trying to make a point but I don't think you need to lie to do that. 

Yes, many PS4 games are not rendered in 1080p and many games on these consoles have had performance issues.  What is he lying about?

In 4 years, 4K will be so heavily outdated.

As long as it's not some little streaming device I'll likely be happy with the ps5. If any of the three seem to possibly be leaving physical media behind and into streaming it'd probably be Sony.

So, every PS console has had a 16x increase in CPU and GPU power, the same goes for RAM and memory bandwidth. This would put PS4 at around 25TFLOPS and 2.5TB/s. This is well above any card on the market right now, but by 2020 it will be a mid range card at best, and well within the PS5 gpu budget. Do people really think Naughty Dog wont be able to make a AAA game at 4K with that kind of power?

IMO, the idea that a new console would come out and not support the current TV standard or even make progress over its predecessor is ludacris. Although I guess it is not as bad as someone telling be that by iPhone 8 or 2 years from now they will be play call of duty at 4K on their big screen via mirroring.

Every PS is faster than the last one. Also they market the PS4 as the fastest console of all time. So, they will try to be at the top again, a lot of people think that PS4 hardware is an advantage, and thats one of the reasons why the PS4 is selling more. 

I dont say that all of the games will run at 4K, Today most games run at 1080p , but some like battlefield 4 runs at 900p and near 60fps. Same with PS5. Most games will run at 4k 30 fps for eye candy purposes. Some will be upscaled an run at 60 fps. In that way you dont need a graphic card that power hungry or high end. They wont put a Titan X SLI on a console, its obvious, but graphics just enough to put the 4k logo and run at 30 fps or lower the resolution and run at 60 in shooters like COD or Battlefield. I would really like to see 4K 60 fps in every game.. but thats not going to happen in 4 years.

i don't mind if the console able to play games on 4k and 30 fps on future PS5, because if they want to make 60 fps games they can just use 2K for resolution or 1080p and it will speed up the frame rate. It doesn't matter how big the resolution is. It will eventually because technology is moving and getting more cheaper. I just curious what kind of graphic will be show on next gen seeing how good the graphic on every PS4 games so far.
