And I wouldn't go so far as to say the 360 had a "ton" of Japanese. They had "some" that released erratically (a few games every here and there). I can only think of Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, the FFXIII series, Last Remnant, Tales of Vesperia, Project Sylpheed, Nier, and Infinite Undiscovery off the top of my head. What else was there?
Even this list from Japanese gamers had the overwhelming majority of the games they recommend be non-Japanese games. So, assuming the 360 did have a "ton" of Japanese games, they must have been bad games if their intended target didn't like them. A bunch of Order: 1888s isn't gonna get you a win in America and a "ton" of bad Japanese games isn't gonna win you Japan.
