Those Xbox One numbers look very bad. But I think I'm ready for a prediction: "Xbox One will sell 70.000 units (Japan) when it's all said and done."

Interesting how Japan has been a back and forth battle between Nintendo and Sony so far this gen. In the home console front anyway. Nintendo has held out well for these past few weeks. Also, dang Splatoon. Another week, another sold out shipment.

As for Xenoblade faltering, I'm not shocked. The original didn't do well, likely due to various design choices. Seeing as how XCX pushes most of XC design choices further plus incorporates elements more popular in western RPGs (blank slate avatar being one), I never expected XCX to explode over in Japan.

Yeah will take a while before PS4 will see an increase in sales, don't expect much from FFXIV add ons. Guess it will take to the new bundle or MGSV before we see better sales for PS4.
