I've never owned a Microsoft console, but I decided to buy an X1 because I love Bethesda games and they seem to prefer XBoxes. Backwards compatibility just sealed the deal. I'll buy it when FO4 comes out this November.

Because I never cared much for XBox exclusives, I'd like your help getting what I missed on both the X360 and X1. Are there any exclusives I should buy?

Exclude: GoW, Halo, Forza, Titanfall. Know about these, obviously

Those are the most recent I can think about.

The BC is still in early fase and possible the games people recommend for X360 will not work (soon) on xone. I recommend sunset overdrive/forza horizon, possible try games like Dead Rising 3 maybe think of getting EA access for a month and see if you like it (10-12 games to play will kill your hunger if any)..

Just post your GT in the republic thread and I or someone else will add you in the preview program so you can play some X360 games already. From the games that work I recommend Kameo. It is cheap but so fun platform game.

First of all, get XBL and get 3 free titles every month! :) After that, look for deals every tuesday for 360, sometimes they have good deals for old games.

Dead Rising 3, ScreamRide, and lococycle. There are more, but those are mine since Sunset and Ori were already listed.

Another recommendation for Dead Rising 3 and Alan Wake if it shows up on the backwards compatibility list.
