I can't express how underwhelming this Direct has been.

I mean, why so much talk? No, really, who the f*ck cares if Yawn Yoshi started because an employee made one for their desk and the director saw it and liked it? And Miyamoto appearing twice to talk about the old times and how or why they did things in the past? That's not what E3 is about. Sure, that can (and actually is) interesting, but that's not the place or at least notthe time to talk about it. Wasted minutes that could have been better used for something else like for example showing Mario Maker in good detail, not in set pieces that didn't show much of the game.

And the Skylanders talk... I won't even talk about it.

Where are the games, Nintendo? Where are Devils Third or Project Zero/Fatal Frame 5. God, they didn't even show indie games like FAST Racing Neo or the "game" that they will launch in two weeks, Art Academy: Atelier.

I'm deeply disappointed by Nintendo's E3 Direct, and I doubt they can change my mind during the next few days because if they wanted to show something big and new, this was the moment to do it, not during Treehouse or another sh!t.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Their worst one ever. It's not even gif-worthy. And it's not the games that's my problem (I knew this was going to be focused on games releasing this year and early 2016), it's the in-between fluff. The developer stories should be part of the Treehouse event, not the main direct. I want to look at upcoming games, not a girl talking about her stupid yarn creations. "I have no programming or artistic skills, so I'm making figurines out of yarn." FIRE HER!!!

I don't understand how they could mess up this badly. They already had the foundation for a great event, last year's was great.

*sigh*

I'm really excited about Mario Maker, Star Fox, Fire Emblem, SMT x FE, Zelda Triforce something something + some more so it's not like I'm going to have a "Sell all my Nintendo things" meltdown, it's just that the presentation was so god damn underwhelming. And Retro wasn't there. Fuck that.

One of the worst E3 i have seen in my life, I can writte a book with everything wrong they have done.

that was so, so bad... I thought EA had it rough, but this...

Where are all the games Nintendo?!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

At least the Federation Force Treehouse segment has been uproariously hilarious.

In a nutshell:

"The Wii U and 3DS are dead, long live the NX."

Not sure if :( or :).

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

I can't really agree with that conclusion, but I'm especially confused how the 3DS got lumped into the list. Could you please explain?

Its extremely disappointing. Not even a release date for Fatal Frame and SMTxFE is coming out next year. They better do something because there will be a lot of disappointed Wii U owners after this E3.

The pacing is bad, no mention Devil's Third and Fatal Frame, stuff that people doesn't really want...
With the content that they offer, it would only make an OK direct.

Thanks for a great thread and all the fun Smeags, it's a shame that Nintendo couldn't follow up with the same effort.
