Yeah they give some stuff away online, like gen 5 starters with hidden abilities or shiny legendaries...

but you know, the actual event Pokémon we all need to have, these are always through code crap. I managed to get Diancie after a crapload of weird proxy stuff on my google chrome to try and get it from a mexican website (I had no idea what I was doing, but somehow I got 2 codes), but couldn't do the same when Hoopa came along. I don't personally mind the Mew one that much because I already have it, but it's a really stupid way to distribute the Pokémon in this day and age.

I don't follow these distributions closely, so I missed Hoopa as well..

Though I don't nearly spend as much time collecting and filling the Pokedex, so it doesn't matter as much to me :p

I agree that it's really annoying though :/

I cannot recommend RE4 enough, it's a classic. And the Wii edition is the best version of it thanks to the pointer controls, which make aiming intuitive, fast, and precise.

Let's enjoy the good times now, as Nintendo's stock will likely tumble after they hold their Q3 financial briefing. Investors are usually very reactionary to news, causing all sorts of crazy drops. Perhaps Nintendo will be able to confirm/announce something to keep investors happy, but I doubt it. They're such a fickle bunch!

See, this is why I don't put much stock in stock.  It's not indicative of jack concerning the company's health.  It's mostly - if not entirely - driven by the wild mass guessing of investors.  It's ridiculous in some cases.

It's a must-have.

I bought the VC release when it arrived in Europe last fall. Still a great game.

I know it's considered by quite a few to be the best. I'm asking because it's the Wii version and I don't play many third person shooters with motion controls.
