Were those confirmed in the west ? From what I understood, we just know Yokai is coming. We don't know which game yet (I may be wrong though...).
You should add Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance to current exclusives.

You can add Heroes of Ruin, Professor Layton x Phoenix Wright, Castlevania Mirror of Fate, New Art Academy, Crush3D, Disney Magical World, Spirit Camera, Shinobi....
Yep, 3DS is amazing. Definitely my favorite gaming console of the last few years. Imagine if you could have the 3ds's library combined with the Vita's processing power and OLED screen.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P

Nope, but Monster Hunter is becoming bigger and bigger in the West, so it would be stupid of Capcom to not localize it. If Yo-kai Watch is succesful we will also get the other games I think.
Either way, the Japanese get it, so it should be included. :p
Bravely Second is another upcoming game. Oh and I also forgot about The Snack World. They released an english dub of their 8 minute promo clip, so they're probably already thinking about a worldwide localisation.

I agree that the games you mentionned are very likely to come to the west but I will wait for official announcements before updating the list.
Also, Japanese only games won't make the list to preserve my own sanity ;)

The New 3DS's displays look kind of like an enhanced gamut TN, which isn't good. The 3D screen on the New XL is certainly as good as an IPS and maybe is, unfortunately the bottom screen isn't as good as the top. So the regular at least has screens which are more alike in quality.
