I don't get the logic behind making Rolins lose against Orton then letting him walk out with the belt, makes him look like a weak champion. 

Ehh, I think it's more of a surprise and the theme of like Rollins losing the battle, but winning the war. Wins and losses don't matter much anymore in the WWE. As long as they can elicit a reaction from the crowd. 

Edit: Also think it could be like having the crowd forget about Rollins, and then making the cash in more impactful since they're like, "Oh damn, I forgot about him."
