I think some people are overestimating sales of Xbox One titles.
Xbox one is sitting at what 11 million. 25% attach rate(never happen) at the end of 2015 would put Halo 5 at 5 million sales.

I think you are overestimating the sales of games like Bloodborne... Its basically a niche title...

It would be great if Bloodborne gets 2 million. What a ridiculous prediction. Saying that it would outsell Halo 5 is veeeery ridiculous.

Based on it being Halo, man! It's the reason many people buy an Xbox, it is an established franchise that nets large sales numbers, and Bloodborne is more of a niche title.

Remasters almost never sell as well as the original, no matter how much value is added.
Plus the last few mainline games have sold like 6+ million in their first year.
