Thread is self explanatory. Which is (or who are) your favorite Gaming Heroine/Female Characters? The femme fatales of gaming that have left you with a lasting impression or the girls that steal your heart away (sory for being overdramatic 
)?
5 come to mind for me:
1. Misty - Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal/HGSS - I've had a crush on Misty since I was 12 (ironically most girls I've dated have her similiar characteristics o.O). She's independant, loud, opinionated, tomboyish, and bossy (and I love her for ALL of that!). She's also very loyal, caring, girly when she wants to be, thoughtful, and a redhead! Ash is a idiot for never closing the deal with her.
2. Samus Aran - Metroid Series - Man Samus meant so much to me when I was younger. After playing Super Metroid and seeing everything she is capable of, I never felt like saying "stop being a girl" when a boy acted like a crybaby. She is Tough as nails, loves the smell of smoked steel in the morning, blasts everything into nothingness that plagues the galaxy, and kicks ass and takes names later.
3. Lucina - Fire Emblem:Awakening - Sure, she's not as endowed as most Anime females, but that doesn't matter. Her troubled past, how she's handled it, her ability to lead, her ability to survive, and how epic she is with the blade is why I love her. Very positive female character for other girls to look up to right here.
4. Claire Redfield - Resident Evil Series - Chris Redfield's sister. Although she is not as strong as her brother, she more than makes up for it with being more nimble and quicker than him. Her backstory is very similar to Lucina's in Fire Emblem, so she is also a survivor and many, many zombies and mutated beast have fell under her bullets.
5. Tifa Lockheart - Final Fantasy VII - Reminds me of a girl you'd meet at the bar and goes to it weekly. Hangs and drinks tough with the fellas but will completely knock the sense out of you if you get too smart. Many enemies have fallen under her fist, and FF VII will be almost impossible to pass w/o her due to her kick assery
P.S. I don't have to mention that all of them are hotter than fire... do I?
