Not really a big deal is it? For one, 16 hours of mo-cap doing something doesn't translate into that amount of time in the actual game. I mean the amount of takes that get done over and over, as well as stuff that gets cut adds up a quick in any game. Secondly, it's a mature fantasy game in which the average playtest time, yes average, is 200 hours. Watch 200 hours of Game of Thrones and tell me how much of it adds up to tits and ass.
