According to VGChartz, 3DS have sold 360,000 the week of 11 October 2014, with 260,000 only in Japan.
Media Create number's said 220,000 for new version only, and other 40,000 the last 3DS versionn (XL+normal).
Actually, 3DS is up YoY in Japan, and the 13 February N3DS will released in Europe and N.America, with MH4 and Zelda M.M bundle!

I think it will certainly be up compared to 2014 since 2014 had fuck all during that time really. Yes, Bravely Default but this is way bigger than that

Well, the regular 3DS sales might go down in anticipation for the New 3DS, but then you have one day of New 3DS sales. The week after might see a substantial sales upturn.
Let's say:
N.America: 215,000 (200,000 USA)
Europe: 190,000
Japan: 45,000
Globally: 475,000!

I will go with 400k

I will be optimistic and say it will just squeeze past 400k.
I predict 600K.
If it was the holiday season with japan/Australia release too.......then it would have been 2m lol.
