It is sold out in almost all stores in China. 
And we don't know what Sony will do in 2015 with the Vita in the west, maybe they will bring a Minecraft Vita bundle? That would sell like hot cakes in Europe.

Minecraft sells well even it is out on every platform, it is the magic of Minecraft!
And here in Germany Minecraft is a beast, with a Vita bundle would the Vita get so much more attention from the people.
When Minecraft as a Vita game is selling every week 50k without bundles, imagine what it would sell with bundles!

12,894 combined sales of Black and White version according to that site! So yea no... Not even close

And yes, Minecraft sells on every platform but it is not a system seller because its also avaliable in almost every platform. There is no reason for a person to spend extra $200 for a system with Minecraft when they can just as easily pay $6 and play it on their phone. And lets not forget that Minecraft is also Owned by Microsoft so Microsoft can just as easily say no since they are technically Sony's competitor
