I mean it's a week by week comparison and as long the weeks correspond to each other it's irrelevant where to start. For all we care this could've started from last July to this one. It's still a YoY comparison.

Im doing it this way because the last week of the year is composed by some days of december and some of january. So both ways are correct, and i choosed this.

This is just semantics here. If we would ignore that week from 2013/2014 then the title wouldn't be correct either because we didn't include all days of 2014.

In fact, if you look at any calender from 2013 and 2014 you will see that the last 3 days of December actually already belong to calendar week 1 of 2014.

Hmm I guess ur right, kinda how Media Create has week end Dec 27 as week 52 while NPD has week end Jan 3 being the final week of December.

This will be quite interesting to watch, specially now that unless SSBU gives a quite good boost to the baseline in Japan, that tax hike and the mega bundles being nonexistant this time, Japan should be pulling down the Wii U to stay in similar numbers to last year, or atlwast a bit higher.



COMG guide to points: 1 point = Raging. 2 points = Beasting. 3 points = Tearing it up. 4 points = Berzerk. 7 points = Rampage. 12 points = Burst. 15 points = god mode. 20+ points = DIVIDING BY ZERO!!! 40+ points = Youkai (originally Pokemon).

My prediction is that Wii U will be down YoY until the price drop happens. I would do a thread for this but now is a bad time.

Wow, 2014 was pretty bad. I think 2015 will be lower but if they announce a pricecut then it will sell more.
