Nah, he'd be in the upper tier for Jeigans I think (which isn't saying much). Titiania and Seth are the only ones who are better, from what I recall.

Titania, Seth, Marcus, The original Jeigan...they're all better than Frederick.

It would be in your best interest not to insult Pavo.

I'm dead aren't I?

I'm now filled with determination.

I'm sorry but fuck 3ds. This game needs to be brought to wii u. I want to play this game on my tv. I went out and finally got Radiant Dawn($60-$70 used for an old wii game fucking ridiculous >.

I'm in love. I LOVE THIS GAME. Of course I'm playing in baby mode (normal+casual, fallen fellas can come back) but I don't care.

Game isn't hard in the beginning!

It's my first time and I don't want it to hurt me.

I'm also playing this game on normal but I use the permanent death option. I tried playing in hard but I suck at these fucking games. I really like the series but my own suckiness is what holds me back.

Having played and beaten the game on both hard and normal modes, I can say that hard is kind of in that area of "Japan Hard".  In the sense of either you play the map the one and only "correct" way/the way the game has decided you will play, or get some super lucky RNG.  I never find it fun when FE games do this, which is a HUGE problem with Radiant Dawn even on easy mode.(What's the point of having 16 units when I can only use 5 for 40% of the fucking game?!)

Hey, that baby mode exists for a reason. More people can enjoy the franchise now, like yourself. I'm a purist that plays on classic, but I welcome all the casual players. Glad to see you've joined us, Pavo! I hope you can get good enough at it to try some of the older games without the casual mode. I would recommend Path of Radiance for Gamecube, and of course everyone will tell you FE7.

Fantastic game, after Pokémon Shappire, my favourite 3DS game.

Yeah, PoR is also a good place to start. Even though I got my start at Radiant Dawn, I wouldn't recommend starting there, because that game is hard.

I don't understand how it can be played without permadeath. The entire challenge lies within not letting anyone die. But I'm glad your enjoying it.

So your saying the game is easy without permadeath?? Because Games like Disgaea and FF Tactics are challenging without the need to permakill your characters.

Well yeah. Fire Emblem is about as simple as it gets with the mechanics it uses, but it has depth due to the strategy required to pull it all off with no deaths.
