I really don't know why Microsoft ever even tried. Totally wasted on Japan, everyone could should have seen that. It isn't even the fault of this man, even the hardcore Japanese companies themselves are struggling to sell their home-consoles. Microsoft would have been better off putting these efforts and resources to use in emerging economies, and try to battle Sony's utter dominance there. This console will even be hard-pressed to ever reach 100k!

It was a hopeless case from the start. Launching after the other 2 and in a country where home consoles are falling away in general was a recipe for failure.

Sony cornered MS in the UK and the US. Now they have to focus all their efforts there. Pretty much giving Sony the free pass they never had last gen.
