We know that for now PS4 have a massive chance for win, because The Order and not only.

If the new version of 3DS will release this month, can sell more than PS4?

Or maybe XBOX ONE will outsell both console combinet?

Or maybe Wii U will outsell XBOX ONE that will outsell PS4+3DS!

Or maybe PSVITA will outsell PS4+3DS+XONE+WIIU COMBINET!!!!!!!

In my opinion:
3DS have sold +250K first week in the Japan...

Maybe 180K-200K in USA?
So, if the new 3DS will coming the firt week of the month, 3DS will win.
If will release the last 2 week, nope... probabily PS4.

Even though I'd like the 3DS to win, the system is not as strong in the west as the PS4. If it released at the same time as Japan, sure, it would win (and by a lot), but for now, PS4 will keep its lead.

Also, does the N3DS has games exclusively announced for it , other than Xenoblade?

PSV will easily outsell all the other consoles combined of course!

Seriously, I think 3DS has a very small chance to win, it would need to release early in february with cool new games. So I  think PS4 would still beat 3DS on february even with N3DS launch.

I doubt the new 3ds will have near as big an impact in the West as it did in Japan, and with all the big games coming in February ps4 will likely have an easy win on its hands regardless.

Go big or go home, I bet that the ouya wins the Febuary NPD because of a partnership with Valve allowing them to publish titles like Portal, left 4 dead, and Half life and to top of the partnership a special Demo of Halflife 3 will be downloadable to all owners of ouya and nobody else.
