If New 3DS will release in February, who will win February NPD?

In my opinion:
3DS have sold +250K first week in the Japan...

Maybe 180K-200K in USA?
So, if the new 3DS will coming the firt week of the month, 3DS will win.
If will release the last 2 week, nope... probabily PS4.
