Basic ad blocker + noappstore tweaks from cydia on the iphone renders this sites ads harmless for me

edit: basic being an actual part of the adblockers name and not me being snarkish :)

I visit this site over my smartphone all the time, and have no problems with ads whatsoever. Sure, there are those static ones on the webpage like in the PC version, but other than those easily avoidable ones, surfing this site over the phone is very easy and enjoyable.

Lol, how does the site run on your phone? When I used to own an Iphone, the pages would load slowly and the browser would crash occasionally. Now on my S4, pages still load slowly but it crashes less often.

The site is actually usable on my phone on Desktop mode. I occasionally get to edit posts well, too.
