Problem is none of its titles have managed to stick. Soul Sacrifice missed the mark, Oreshinka was never built to be huge, Freedom Wars didn't quite get the reception they hoped for and Gravity Rush was style over sustance. Everything thats come from a 3rd party is cross platform with psp or ps3...
Future hopes: Phantasy Star Nova, Persona Dancing all night (got delayed til 2015) and Digimon Cyber Sleuth (2015). Its a shame this trio couldn't arrive in time for christmas.
Luckily for sony at the pace at which Japan developers move with the times means that the vita's hardware will relevant for years to come. Hopefully between now and the next 3DS one of Vita's titles manages to catch on like Monster Hunter or Yoki Watch.
