Remember the good old days of Crash Bandicoot on the Playstation? They were Sony's closest days to kicking Mario, and the slightly less superior Sonic, off their mighty thrones. All of that changed when Naughty Dog sold off Crash Bandicoot.

Littlebigplanet compet with Mario. Is someone on drugs haha. I mean trying not to be bias but it's Mario. SAme thing was said about Sonic so many years ago.

thats laughable.. jax and daxter were way better than crash... LBP is gonna be real good in my opinion.. i didnt think too much of it at first but i just happened to look at the whole presentation at GDC today and it has me very curious about it

Nah. Thats what Jak and Ratchet are for. LBP is interesting, but not going to sell consoles. Great addition for anyone who already has a PS3, but isnt going to motivate someone to fork up at least 600 dollars for it.

I would love them to buy the game back but they have moved on...

Actually, Sonic was giving Mario a run for his money. It was the little hedgehog, and to a certain extent the Sega CD, that made Nintendo want to work with Sony on making a new console; I think everyone here knows how that turned out.

Crash was perfect back in the glory days of the Playstation. That gameplay where they dubbed it "Sonic's Ass" where you could move forward and back, instead of just sideways was something that the Playstation needed then. But now, you have Sly, Ratchet, and Jak which all brought something new to the table, and I don't know how Insomniac could make Crash even more exciting, and I don't know what else Insomniac could do with the Bandicoot.

But still, the Bandicoot was awesome. I will go as far as to claim that the best Playstation commercials involved the Bandicoot:

Crash Team Racing: "You and me. Boo-yah grandma, boo-yah!"

Crash invading Nintendo headquarters: "Hey plumber boy, moustache man, your worst nightmare has arrived."
