Massive news and precedent setting. DSi came out here before Europe and the US, but by like a day. Certainly not months in advance.

I can only imagine that the US and Europe aren't getting it due to supply issues.

Might be we are a small enough market that they can throw a few systems our way, without compromising supply in Japan, and chalk up a small win???

Plausible.

They did say we comprise just 700k of the 44m 3DS systems sold so far, so we're like 1.5% of the market...
