Yes that looks very much like what women wear when on military missions in hot places. The resemblance is striking.

Is that a sniper rifle I see? Nice scope in any case.

They could have at least put her in one of these.

It's pretty obvious, if you carefully summarize information. When someone torturing Quiet in dark place and russian soldier drown her she can't use disintegration.
