There's nothing retarded about their answers. These kids were born or in diapers during the PS1 era. That's 2 gens after the NES. Your expectations of such young people just rediculous. You also don't have to be a pedo to enjoy any of the react videos. The purpose of teens react is to see teens react to things that were significant long before their time as well as their thoughts on some of the current trends of today. Similar  premise for kids react and elders react. It's actually very interesting if you have any interest in cultural dynamics. 

So in 13- 18 years, none of these kids have used the internet?  If any are into gaming it's pretty hard to believe that they haven't came across the NES.  Nintendo features the NES in many of their games, Nintendo and the NES' name are pretty much one and the same.  If these kids were much younger then sure, I wouldn't be pushing it, but 18?  Bullshit.  It's all an act.

The average gamer is not as informed as you think. This conversation seems like a waste of time.

Good videos. I'm surprised one of them didn't know about The Legend of Zelda. Other than that, brought me some good memories from my old NES.

OT: The girl who mentioned having an iPhone case based off the NES controller cracked me up. And not because she didn't know what it was. That's only a small part of why it was funny.
