Bold prediction: i say almost 25 million by March!!!
Well it's at around 12 million by the 4th of October, so if Holiday sales represent 50% of the year's total, then that would make it 19.6 million by the end of the year, I voted January, but I think mid January is likely.
I think it'll probably hit 25M by Sony's March 2015 target of 17M.
40 Million by the end of 2015 is highly likely IMO.
If it doesn't pass it by December of this year, then March next year at the latest.

end of February without a doubt considering how stacked that month is with Bloodborne, The Order, and the Witcher.

Right after FF Type 0, a game that is not on PC and will probably be advertised for PlayStation only. It should probably be the first game that the Japanese are really interested so it should boost some PS4 sales.
