Posted in the other one as well, I am getting both Day1. But Dying Light looks better, Dead Island 2 looks goofier...

Two different types of games, but with parkour included (a sport I once did), Dying Light EASILY looks more like "the game for me".
It's even a dual purchase (PC/PS4).
Sunset Overdrive nothing like refreshment enhanced zombies and not to mention the Co-op mode is looking mighty sweet Chaos Squad here I come.

Sunset Overdrive isn't one of the choices. 
Both look good to me. Excited about the parkour and grappling hook in Dying Light, but the small gameplay trailer they released for Dead Island 2 has me equally interested. In regards to their aesthetics, neither particularly disappoints me. I find the art style in Escape Dead Island appealing as well.
