I'm not gonna bother with it. They'll pick some weird shit. 😽

My answer is Animax (paid service).

I'm watching Higurashi now.

Well, Made in Abyss and Houseki no Kuni are both nominated, so it's fine.

Though why anything besides Houseki no Kuni is nominated for Best CGI, I have no idea. It will win that or something is wrong.

The toys crushed me in the manga.  I simply broke down on that page.  That image hit me like a sledgehammer.  It showed so much about Nanachi's feelings, so much more than words could ever could.  That was pure devotion and love.  I did the same thing again in the anime--it showed me that the producers understood what the mangaka was doing when they included it.

The last episode, in my opinion, is one of the best single episodes of anime ever created.  Even the one part that wasn't in the manga, the balloon rising up to the top, was stellar.  The music in that scene absolutely nailed it.

Then there is the information that Nanachi was supposed to die but became too popular to kill (at least, right away).  I can't even imagine.  I probably would have dropped the it immediately and scrubbed it from my mind.

I remember just groaning in pain when I saw that. Just an absolute punch to the gut. It was too much ;_;

I'm still digesting the last episode, but yeah, the quality was amazing. The part with the balloon was great. Was nice seeing a reverse recap basically.

If that's the case about Nanachi, I'm really glad the author changed his/her mind. To be honest, I was braced for her death from the beginning, since I knew something sad was going to happen, and she wasn't introduced until episode 10 or so. I'm glad that wasn't the case..she was definitely the most human character in the anime, and I want to see more of her.

And if there is a season 2 ... it certainly doesn't get any easier.

Well as I said, I may not have much TIME left to watch more anime.

But I did indeed watch Chronos Ruler/ Jikan no Shihaisha. This is what a shounen is like but bad, very fascinating. The OP was good at least and the battle music with more orchestral sounds. All in all not too bad, and it at least prepares me to watch something totally different. The cliffhanger overall is a true detriment to the series, because it is unlikely to get a sequel, and even if it did it would probably accomplish as much as those 13 episodes did. (nothing) Hoping that next TIME will be better.

Welp, just heard that the Dragon Ball Super anime is going to end in March, I really thought it was going to go on for a long time. Hope it'll come back in the near future.

RIP Dragon Ball Super 2015-2018.

I study English at English sub anime 😋

Observation on sports Anime.

Well i just finished watch another one (cross road).

The one thing I noticed is they all have the exact same pattern and never go beyond that.

It doesn't matter if it is soccer, baseball, basketball.

Starts of with enthusiastic 1st years who join and third years hoping they win. But they loose the summer tournament. They say good bye. Then the next batch of 2nd and 1st years train hard and do better in the winter tournament but still loose.

Then by the time they get to third year they magically are so good that they win their regional competition against a team that's been in the main event 3-4 times in a row and make the Japanese finals,

At that point it all ends and we new know how they go in the even it took them three years to reach lol.
