So which Nintendo console (excluding Wii u since it still has a lot to show us) do you think was the most underrated. Whether it be poor sales, low 3rd party, or not very high ratings, everyone sees one as underappreciated. I am saying the GameCube was this. Even though great games were on it, everyone (minus Sega) beat it that generation. Even PS2 beating it is understandable but it didn't deserve to by that much. I don't even think XB should've been higher sales than GameCube. Also it's games were completely ignored and undervalued. Great games like Super Mario Sunshine, Wind Waker, and Star Fox Adventures didn't get anywhere near as much respect as they deserved. And games like Smash Bros Melee, Metroid Prime, and Double Dash remain the best in their series yet their sales were pathetic compared to their others (except Prime). So what do you guys think? Tell me

The rest of those systems get the right amount of cheers/jeers they deserve, with the Gamecube having a devout online fanbase that gives it a little more credit than it deserves.

Gamecube. Not saying it was quite at the level of PS2, but it was damn near it. It deserved five times the sales that it got.

If it's any Nintendo console that's underrated it's the WII ... I don't understand the hate for a good console. 

NES got the credits it deserved, SNES was a little overrated, N64 and GC were trash because they didn't come close to delivering a worthwhile experience.

Gamecube. It had some pretty awesome games.

Speak for yourself. Waving my hand around in games wasn't exactly a worthwhile experience.

Having less good games ain't exactly all that fun.
