I know SE sucks ass at managing game development but I just can't fathom on you can tease a game one year with gameplay and have nothing to show an entire year after that. The only game that ever did that was The Last Guardian, and we all know how that went.

What is going on with these games?

They keep getting put on the back-burner for mobile games....




In all seriousness, nobody really knows, SE is a total mess, and even Sony knows that since they sold their share in the company.

Full control over the projects is my guess. Witch means they can do whatever they want, because there's always the idea they're going to make a lot of money...eventually.

One of them is going to come out in the year as The Last Guardian! I am 100% sure about that!

The PS4 has really no big JRPG yet, and probably won't have one in a long time. If when FFXV arrives there is no other important JRPG around, they will make a good profit just with the brand alone. There won't be a WiiU version, sadly, and the XBox brand doesn't sell JRPGs as well as the PS brand (not to mention the small japanese market for Xboxes). They have no pressure to make the games, there is no competition.

This is the most over asked question. KH3 was annouced to be in development and we were told shortly after not to expect any major announcements from KH. As for FFXV we were told that this FF is trying to do something ambitious, so more than likely these new directions are taking a long time to implement correctly. W were updated on the game last year and told to expect something later this . In SE case its better to keep shit underwrap till they have solid release dates.

Uuuuuh no, SONY sold their share in SE because they are bleeding money and are trying to save/gain wherever possible.

FFXIII was released long after 7th gen launch as well so I don't worry very much.

Well... SE has a history of doing stuff like that with their ff and kh series so it doesn't surprise me... its not canceled, it just means that it wont be coming out next year
