On NPD, no, I think the PS4 will end up having higher average weekly sales in June. WW, yea, the X1 won't get anywhere near PS4, it'll still be dead outside the UK (where it's already pretty cheap)

In their zeal to claim "Price Parity!!!", Xbox fans fail to realize that the $399 sticker price is NOT a "price cut" in the traditional sense; It is not the same console, with the same feature set, being sold at a cheaper price. It is an Xbox console without the core piece of technology that made the Xbox One an Xbox One. It is a stripped-down $399 version of the original that is missing functionality that defined what the console was supposed to be. So yeah, it's $399, but now it's simply a less powerful game console than the PS4, with nothing to differentiate it from the competition. For the same price you can get a more powerful machine (PS4) with a much larger installed base and a better online service.  As someone above asked: price being equal, why would anyone choose a Kinetc-less XB1 over a PS4 aside from blind brand loyalty or an real obsession over Halo 5?  I dunno, maybe Halo 5 in and of itself will be worth an XB1, but I just don't see it.

So only a 8k increase in sales from the previous week where most held off buying a X1 due to the announcement of a $399 console. Yup makes total sense./ Sarcasm

I see a lot of people here doubt One could win worldwide, but why not ? I'd find that worrying if it cant even achieve that for this specific week, it would mean it's totally dead outside US and nothing could change that.

A price drop is a big event in term of sales, we should expect sales like 80k at least in US and 20k at the very least in Europe with Uk, with the rest of the world, it should easily outsell PS4 in poor week. ( 110k-120k )

Yup, when Titanfall came out in March it was on sale everywhere for $450 with a kinect.  Now this $399 kinectless xbox comes with no game.  So after buying a game it waould be $460 without a kinect.  More then it was with a kinect.  Givin maby not all want Titanfall, but they could just sell it and get the game they want for maby $10 more or free and still have a kinect. March's Console sales numbers avarage 10k a day it will be out 6 days on the weekending the 14th.  At best that would be 60K in thoughs 6 days for a striped techinally more expinsive console unless your buying XB1 not to play games.  Also in April they had sales and promo for Titanfall Bundle with kinect, game and 12 months XBOX Live.  Sell the game, XBOX LIVE and kinect($50 game, $50 XBOX LIVE, $80 for quick sells cheaper then stores) your console with out game and kinect would cost you $270 thats cheaper then the Wii U. Why would you buy a $399 console when you could have bought a $450 oneand sold the extras to make the actual price $270.  Aprils numbers were worse with a better deal at 3.8k per day!  Even if you missed that deal there still $475 at costco sell the kinect and game thats $335 kinectless XB1.  If sales are way over 45k either thats SHIPPED not sold or theres alot of customers that cant do basic math and microfoft is counting on that.
