Release dates for Bayonetta, X etc: 2 minutes
Sizzle reel for indies: 3 minutes
3rd big game: 5 minutes
NFP: 5 minutes
"Check out treehouse and farewell": 2 minutes

That's not a lot of stuff shown, I'll be very surprised if it's not at least 40 minutes long

Then we can add:

1 more thing reveal: 3 minutes
Smash character reveal and tournament trailer: 2 minutes
4th big game: 5 minutes

Still seems rather light though.

30 minutes? I haven't even seen the conference and I'm already disappointed. Better be something more than just Smash Bros gameplay and a new Zelda.

That's sucks. I suppose if they just talk about games only then its not bad.

I would predict that more accurately it's going to fall around 40 minutes. I think you'll be surprised how much they can get through in 40 minutes. Once you cut all the stuff that no one cares about from the press conference, it's surprising how many games they can get through in a short time. I hope they spend at least half of it discussing games that were previously unannounced. Games that we already know are happening can get their time in the spotlight as the week progresses, let's focus the Direct on generating hype for previously unseen games.

It's ok. It's a lot more compressed than the other conferences with most of the unnecessary fluff taken out.

If only.  Nintendo always seem to dwell on everything they show. Others just show a trailer or gameplay while nintendo talks about how they implemented a tripple jump  for 2 mins. Then not to mention how iwata always bows and talks so damn slow
