at the release of the ps4, the ps4 get a good start, but in the last weeks/month, the sellings in Japan are extremly worse. Whats the reason Problem?

And Acconomyc analyticer says that sony has a big finance prolbem. Sony can be insolvence. I am a Nintendo and Microsoft fan, I never bought a sony goods, but I wont that sony goes away from the market.

Not sure you can say the console "failed" when the console tried nothing yet since it has no system seller, i wonder what is the reason of the problem of a console not selling without system seller? Because it's known you buy a console to look at it's beautiful design.

Japan apparently doesn't care too much about home console systems anymore. They would rather stand in line and look down at an electronic device just like most of the developed world.

I wonder why they even released PS4 there if they knew they had no big games for the audience.

the reason? the PS4 simply doesnt have the software to appeal to the Japanese market, its really not that hard.

I do hope Sony is out of business. Not because of themselves, although I feel their product does not add anything good to the market, and I do not like any of ther exclusive franchises, but because I feel their fans care more about winning console wars than actual gaming.

Luckily I dont think Sony will last too much longer. Even though Ps4 sells well (although it's sales are likely plummeting downward everywhere right now), it already kind of feels like a dead product, with little software sales. The hardware is awesome thanks to the American design, but Sony will slowly but surely screw up the rest of it.

Not many games that appeal to the Japanese are released yet.

It's the best choice, they couldnt make Japan wait too long, and +700k sales(with christmas) is far better than nothing until FFXV, it's what the developpers wanted.

Euh, I'm expecting Xbox One be on the last place of hardware selling talking about Japan of course.

Off-topic: Can someone make a Sony/Playstation doom time line of the last 10 years?
