If you don't already have all of the 8th gen consoles, then what will it take from each of the big 3 to push you in thier direction?

I only have an Xbone right now, so I will be watching Sony and Nintendo's conferences/broadcast verry closely this year to see which new console I will be buying this holiday, or possibly sooner.

Wii U:  To get me to buy a Wii U, Nintendo needs to show the next Zelda game with actual gameplay footage, and it needs to look awesome.  If its a 2015 release, thats fine, I just need to see it running.  Also, I want to see more of X, and hopefully a New IP.

PS4:  To get me to buy a PS4 next, Sony needs to show off several new IPs that are exclusive as well as show some promising footage from "The Order 1886".  Project Beast would be a step in the right direction, and TLG would also sway me IF it looks promising, but I would need to see actual gameplay footage.

While I already have an Xb 1, I still am expecting a lot from MS.  I want to see more gameplay from Sunset Overdrive and Quantum Break as well as an anouncement for H2A FOR GODs SAKE!!  Also excited to see what some of thier newly opened 1st party studios could be cooking up.

Xbox One: Gears of War. Something similar to any of the first three Gears games and the Xbone is mine.

PS4: Not really interested by this one, but it's cheaper than the Xbox One so... I'll wait.

Wii U: Nintendo bought my purchase with Pikmin 3 back in 2012, I already have the console.

Xbox One: Halo 5, FFXV, MGSV and 6 Good Jrpgs that are all anime themed and a price drop to $399.98
Ps4: FFXV, MGSV, and 5 good Jrpgs that are all anime themed and a way to turn off the light thing on the controller

Also, at least 3 of those games have to release before Christmas if they expect me to buy it in the holiday season or else I will wait... There is zero point in me buying a console in 2014 if I have to wait till 2015 to play the games.. Fuck future potential

Also, I am going slightly more lenient on the ps4 cause thats the one I am leaning towards

PS4 already planning on getting it when MGS5, FFXV, or KH3 come out, but something I really want that hasen't been announced I guess is a next gen Tales of.

X1 start rolling out the JRPG exclusives like the 360 had at the start of its lifecycle.  

WiiU: Super Mario Galaxy 3, Zelda, and Metroid Prime 4
X1: Not really interested, maybe if Gears4 looks REALLY good like gears2 did back in the day.
PS4: Already have one.

X1 - Price cut
PS4 - Local Compatibility (Really doubt this will happen)
Wii U - Already own

3DS - Not sure
PSVita - Dropping the propritary memory cards

PS4: Already have it but I hope that their presentation is packed with exclusives.
X1: I'm not going to get one anyways but I'd like to see more of Quantum Break.
Wii U: I'm getting one when SSB releases so more of that would be nice, but I also want to see some Zelda and X.

interesting how a lot of people here are looking to gears for X1 purchase....I never really could get into gears, but the graphics are amazing for sure.

I know that Black Tusk is working on next gears right not, but I'm not sure just how similar it will be to the first 3 as they have said that they want an "inovative gears of war game".

Where do you live?  And what do you mean by "local compatability"?  I thought PS4 wasn't region locked?

PS4- Already have one, but if I were an average consumer I would want to see a new God of War or Uncharted title.

Wii U- Already have one, but if they show off X some more and announce a Zelda U and Metroid Prime U... I for one would buy it instantly.

Xbox One- I personally won't be getting one anytime soon, Microsoft's catalog game doesn't interest me, period, but I would consider it if they game out with Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy XV exclusively for it (I know it's not gonna happen, just giving an example).
