Nobody invited logic to this conversation. That being said, I think it's time to lower the PS3 price point.

I haven't been this hyped for a game since MGS4! Didn't manage to play TLoU even though I am a 'PS fan'. In other words, this is super amazing news for me - will get a PS4 when it comes out.
If you don't like it then realize that there are TONS of people that do. You don't have to buy it - jeez. Gamers are really an overly vocal bunch!

When there are millions of gamers scouring the internet every single day for news, and
there are uncountably many videogame websites trying to land interviews with devs, and
in addition, there are social media websites that also act as a medium for news, and
every press release, interview and comment is not on the same level of seriousness, and
then you come out and say
"I find these press releases almost insulting",
when a dev to on of the most acclaimed games of all time says something as inconspicuous as
"The graphic fidelity has been turned up to eleven",
then l really start thinking that this "free speech" thing
is
way
overrated.

What sort of perverted logic is this? It's a cut scene. Who gives a damn if it's in real time or not? All you need to be know is that the in game graphics (WHICH ARE REAL TIME) are going to be of the same quality as the cut scenes.
