Sony’s E3 Press Conference Will Be a “Tight Fit,” Will Have a Decent Mix of Genres According to Sony Dev

Sony’s E3 press conference is still well shrouded in mystery, but today NeoGAF user DemonNite, who is known to be a developer at Sony, mentioned that there’s a lot to look forward to while talking about the possibility of seeing Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy XV on stage:

At this rate, if they do it will be a tight fit so hard to say.

He also added that while he can’t rule out shooters like Destiny, Planetside 2, Call of Duty orBattlefield, there should be a healthy mix of genres showcased.

Can’t rule out any of those titles but there should be a decent mix of other genres.

Considering that both Microsoft and Sony have been dropping hints that lead us to believe that we’ll be overwhelmed by a tidal wave of reveals, it’s hard not to be excited for both press conferences.

As usual we can expect pages upon pages of discussion on who “won E3,” but if the rumors are any indication of what we can expect, I can already answer that question: gamers.

While I really like Indie games I really hope Sony puts full focus on AAA games on the press conference.

One serious question.

Why are Sony going to show so many 3rd party games? COD, KH3, FF15 etc. Microsoft have already said they cant fit all their Exclusive stuff into their 90 min show. I thought generally speaking E3 conference was to show stuff you could ONLY get on PS/XB/Wiiu?

1. Despite the layoffs sony still has more quality AAA studios than microsoft has.

2. Microsoft has said, but we havent seen what actually they will show. And same applies for sony. You are shooting in the blind before anything has been announced.

You saw sony's e3 show? MS also shows third party games see MGS V, COD, etc..... You know why, marketing. MS and sony both do this.

Fair enough. Lets wait for E3 I guess. Hopefully forr us all niether company wastes time on 3rd party games. That wont bee good for reasons to buy a console.

So Microsoft cant fit all their announcement in 90 min and are apparently announcing for 3 days. Sony's conference is "tight Fit with a number of genres". Now we are waiting on NIntendo to say something.

So far E3 sounds like its going to be awesome xD

Why do MS show 3rd parties at E3, will be the same reason, Exclusive content or exclusive marketing campaign.

Yup. Plus I got ps4 (reason was infamous) a few days ago. Now I am looking for a "reason" to get xbox one.
