BAH! I just skipped ahead in the video and expected it to be nothing but visuals from the engine so I'm seeing hands over PC keyboards and people in rows of desks and for a second I was like 'Wow! Really looking good! Kind of dull setting, but good visuals!' Then I realized it was the people using it, not the engine. Oh well.

I wouldn't expect a significant downgrade, maybe a slight one. Multiple sources now have said that the reason for the Watch Dogs downgrade was because of the 360/PS3 versions holding things back, and The Division is next-gen and PC only.

Ubisoft games always have a significant downgrade;.
