I don't know about other countries but I've seen the TV spot for Mario Kart this evening (French TV). That's pretty early for advertisment, 3 weeks before launch ! The game could have a big first week here if the TV spot is aired regularly during the next 3 weeks (I think we can count on Nintendo for that...).
Since Wii Fit is supposed to have "the biggest advertisement ever for Nintendo", I guess we should see the first TV spots for Wii Fit like... next week ?
