I enjoyed my gamecube and the ps2 had way too many core games to be casual. The Wii was a sellout. Had all three last gen, believe me I know.

Some of the most usful clues are hidden in plain sight my friend. Wii software sales with un bundled games won it the console that everyone has, but few play.

The only games that really sold well (and they sold great) are their first party games. Many core gems that got ignored sold like crap. U dont have to be the worst selling console to be the worst. ;)

From all consoles that I have personally owned (Nes, SNES, N64, Wii, PS1, PS2, PS3) there is a clear Winner: the Wii.

The Wii had by far the smallest library of games that I was interested in. And given the huge amount of Hardware sales the library of the Wii seems even more disappointing.

None of the ones listed in the polls that's for sure. most Consoles by Nintendo, Sega, Sony and Microsoft have all been pretty decent.

Anyway, although I never played it, I think Virtual Boy is one of the worst. There has been many complaints about it. It looks uncomfortable to use as well

The Saturn was my favorite Sega console and I've owned all of the relevant ones, so I have no idea why it would be listed with the likes of Jaguar and CDi.

sorry, but Saturn HW is just awful in every possible way. it has good shooters, some rpgs and a lot of arcade dowgraded versions...yeah, better go play Sega Rally2 on the arcades

the HW is awful, the games are so-so...if Jaguar had the same support Saturn it wouldve been similarly mediocre.

I agree that Hyperscan and CDi are much worse though

The dual CPU/dual GPU architecture gave devs headaches in a time when multi-threaded programming wasn't really a thing, that's for sure, but I immensely enjoyed games like Daytona USA, Sega Rally, Virtua Fighter 2, Panzer Dragoon 1+2+Saga, Dragon Force, Nights, Clockwork Knight, Shining Force III, Winter Heat, Worms (the first one was amazing, all other titles are junk imo), Saturn Bomberman, Sim City 2000 and Wipeout 2097.

I had more fun with my Saturn than with my Mega Drive/Genesis or Dreamcast that's for sure.

I totally agree, bar the Dreamcast that was amazing aswell. The saturn is very far from beeing the worst system ever. Such statements are most likely born from confirmism at the time. Maybe if they knew that sony money hatted their way to the top by stealing saturn developed games and paying for exclusive sequals. Things might have been different if it was nowadays. Sony used to be the Microsoft. Different times.
