Physical:
AC3, Donkey kong Tropical freeze, Injustice, Wind Waker, Monster Hunter 3, NSMBU, Pikmin 3, Sonic all star racing, Tekken Tag tournament 2 & Zombi U

Digital:
Gianna sisters, Spin the bottle, NES remix, The cave, Might switch force, Rayman Legends, Trine 2, SM3DW, Little inferno, Bit trip runner 2, Wii Fit U, Wii Sports Club (guess this counts), Toki Tori 2+

VC Games:
balloon fight, donkey kong, earthbound, F-Zero, Kirby's adventure, Megaman, Megaman 2

So 10 physical games and 20 Digital games for me.



Current Game Machines: 3DS, Wii U, PC.

I like digital versions for handhelds, because they are much more conveniant... I don't want to carry around a bag of modules.

For stationary systems I prefer physical discs unless the digital version is considerably cheaper (Steam sales, Indie bundles, PSN sales, PS+ discounts). But the eShop prices are not cheaper or even the same as retail, they are 50% - 100% above retail prices and lack of a decent account system.

Update: after 4 months I have 9 games so far, 8 physical, 1 free download (thanks to MK8):

Let's see...

Digital: EDGE, RUSH, Trine 2, Chasing Aurora, Bit.Trip 2, Knytt, The Cave, Little Inferno, Kirby's Adventure, F-Zero, Mario & Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Earthbound, Kid Icarus and whichever free game I choose to get alongside MarioKart.

Physical: Nintendo Land, Scribblenauts Unlimited, ZombiU, Pikmin 3, Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze, New Super Mario Bros. U, Super Mario 3D World, MarioKart 8, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Need for Speed: Most Wanted U.

So once I claim my free game, I'll have picked up 15 digital and 10 physical games. Still quite a few others I want to get as well.
