I think the PS4's sales aren't anything special, Considering the huge sales we keep hearing about, those numbers are kinda average. Everything else did bad so its making the PS4's sales look better than they actually are.

The funny thing is everyone's crapping on MS for only selling 143k XB1s at $500, while Nintendo would love to have even half of that at $300, lol. 

Yes but the PS4 still had supply issues for most of January. We'll get a better picture of sales in February now that supply seems to have improved. 

Xbox 360 PS3

Nice downplay, but it applies to anything, for example, titanfall sales won't be as impressive they only seem so because other games did badly, the forums aren't that big they just seem that way because lots of others are smaller.

I'll be sure to look forward to you calling any successful result in future for your favored platform unimpressive and just a result of the competition doing badly.

Sony/MS need to cut the price for both, they've sold pretty much all they're going to sell at these price points. 

360 has dropped dead, even the WiiU beat it.

They don't want to take sales away from the PS4/XBO. I don't think we'll see a pricedrop for a while. 

Yep pretty much. It's not really surprising given how long the gen has been and how high the price point still is given the tech in it. I'm guessing some price cuts towards the holiday season for both of them..they might just ride out these few months just to earn as much as they can at the current price point

That's true. Well its been in stock much more for most of January so looks like February will finally be the month they sort the supply issues for good (hopefully!).
