Well there will be some appeal to those who haven't played it. Also, its an excuse to play more if you can bring your PS3 save over.
Sony clearly knows Vita owners want AAA quality games and even bundle the console with one. Yet... they bring so few to the platform.

This is a step in the right direction. B2 was the best game of 2012 hands down.

No, this seems to be missing the Premium Club DLC (with the exception of the mech class), the slaughter dome, Tina's DLC expansion, and Hammerlock's DLC expansion.

The bad thing is Borderlands 2 is a digital game so you will need some 4gb only to have the bundled game on the system

This bundle is amazing! But of course you guys are expecting things like 64gb storage to be included along with 10 AAA games at a price of 20$. The 3DS XL is 170$, but thats not expensive either? lol Ok. Whoever gets this bundle is getting an amazing deal and an amazing backlog of games to play through. Luckily I already imported a hot pink/black slim vita from Japan so I won't be getting it.
