I was banned once when I first joined the site for my Avatar. It was of Katy Perry and now that I think about it that avatar wasn't that bad. Oh wait now I remember a few people got offended about some people having slightly sexual avatars so the mods decided to start banning people for it.

I think what he was trying to say with the "..." was kinda like a "really?.. whatever" kinda thing. You would also have to imagine that he could have possibly had a blank stare and probably blanked his eyes once kinda slow with a slight slick look on his face
