Misleading title.....

No where did they say the darkening of the Gamepad was due to performance problems, just to save the battery if you don't use the Gamepad for certain amount of time.

Off topic, this was always what I was saying 3rd parties should have done when they gave us the bullshit excuse ''we don't know what to do with the controler so were not gonna do any games on the platform''. But I'm not fooling myself, I know this excuse was always fake in order to make them look better to Nintendo fans (I'm looking at you Kojima).


mind you he is going to use a tablet in his game via smart glass haha. I think it was about 2 weeks ago he had a pic of a tablet standing up next to a monitor lol.

I heard a rumor saying  that Retro tried making Tropical Freeze a 1080p game, but the Wii U exploded because it  wasn't able to handle 1080p and DK's realistic fur at the same time.

Yup, the realistic fur can even make the XB1 and PS4 tremble in fear because of it's high end fur grapics generator engine!

I couldn't care less if the GamePad screen turns black during gameplay, as long as it's possible to play in TV-off mode

I think it looks prettier than pikmin 3 and sm3dworld to be perhaps the best looking game on wii u so far but I expect in the future games like Mariokart 8, Bayonetta 2, X and zelda U to push the console far more than DKTF.
