I know some people prefer manga more than anime, i want to see how many people in here loves manga more than anime, for me i'll always like anime than manga for a lot of reasons.

Simply because the emotions are awesome with the music, effects etc :).

I watch anime in a 47 inch TV with surround sound system *_*.

Manga uses too much imagination. Why imagine when I can have someone imagine it for me and I can just watch?

I like to read but I love to watch.

Too much? That's a bit of an exaggeration. At least there are pictures! Books require more imagination if anything.

I also like anime more because the combination of picture and sound is unmatched, something manga can never deliver. Although in some cases, I like the manga more because the anime was poorly done.

i read mostly manga since it doesn't take me as long as to read a manga chapter as it does to watch an anime episode

Anime. Hands down. The best anime will always be better than the best manga.
I don't think manga can carry across emotions or tension as well as anime does.
Though I will admit it's easy to make a manga than it is make a good anime.

I prefer anime for majority of the animes I watch cause I love the voice acting/drawings and music that goes into a lot of animes these days... With that being said, there are just some anime out there where the Manga is just too much better... A perfect example is DeathNote... The Manga has so much more content and inside vs the Anime that its not even funny...

And there are also some quality manga that never go into anime such as Yotsuba!& as well as niche manga like Suzunari!, so there is that too

This isn't a contest. Two completely different mediums.

I prefer watching Anime though. I only read manga of shows that stopped broadcasting and are really really good.

I like anime, specially those with tentacles and big boobies.
